We have all been taking part in our Belief Focus Week. The children have been exploring some important beliefs people hold and finding out how these beliefs influence what they do and what they think.
The children have been asking ‘What’s most important to me and other people?’ We have met people from various faith backgrounds and each class has visited a place of worship as part of their learning about the traditions and practices of some world faiths. We have been reflecting on some important ideas and asking and answering questions about our world. The focus week will also provide us with a good opportunity to take the next steps in our journey of becoming a Rights Respecting School as we launch our Golden Rights.
Have a look at some photographs from the week.
