Congratulations on being crowned MSN Schools Tag Rugby Champions for a third consecutive year!

Well done for qualifying for the next round of the BANES Girls Football Cup!

We participated in the sport of KinBall for the first time!

Our year 3/4 gymnastics team, led by Miss Woods, performed brilliantly at their recent competition, coming away with a bronze medal and a gold medal in the team event, along with an individual silver and gold medal!

Our talented netball team qualified for the prestigious West of England School Games Final, earning the opportunity to compete against some of the best school teams from across the South West. The event, held at Bristol Grammar School, was a fantastic experience for the girls. Although we didn’t bring home a trophy, the team played with passion, skill, and resilience and they absolutely did themselves and the school proud. In addition to their regional success, the team has been competing in a local knockout tournament, showing incredible determination and teamwork. After impressive wins against Paulton and Longvernal, they progressed to the quarter-finals, where they faced St Mary's, Timsbury - their toughest match yet. It was a nail-biting game that ended 15–15 at the final whistle, taking us into a tense period of extra time. The girls fought hard right to the end, but were narrowly beaten in the final three minutes. Despite the result, their commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship have been exceptional throughout the season. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and how they’ve represented SVSJ. Well done, team!
