Our PTFA 2018

Welcome to the PTFA for 2018. We have only just begun the year as a new team but we wanted to THANK the PTFA of 2017 for a brilliant job, raising lots of money and putting on some excellent events.

Class Reps

For this year, we thought it would be a good idea to connect with classes more, sharing information about what is happening and where. So, each year should have a class Rep from the PTFA. The Rep shares vital information to your classes and feeds back anything that we need to know.

If you don't know who your class Rep is for the PTFA, please drop us an email: svsjptfa@gmail.com and one of us should be able to help.

Who are we?

So, this year we have the following team.

Joint Chairs: Emma Hall and Carrie Creamer. Emma has children in Dogwood, Bryony and the Nursery. Carrie has a daughter in Campion.

Emma will be leading on events and publcity, Carrie will be leading on fundraising, research and development.

Joint Treasures: Victoria Myers and Kate Skivington. Victoria as children in Bryony and Nursery, Kate has a child in Campion. Kate and Vicki will be managing our floats and spends and ensuring all the paperwork is in order.

Secretary: Stella Powell. Stella has children in Arum and Dogwood. Stella takes the minutes and ensures that planning and agenda's and information is shared across the school, parentmail etc...

The Committee for 2018

Anna Barclay, Megan James, Stella Powell , Sammie Beresford, Kaye Bradley, Frederika Wilcox, Katie Binns, Lorna Sawyer, Heather Mitchell, Mimi Stokes, Cathy Bushell.

Of course the PTFA would not work without the hard work and dedication of All the PTFA helpers, who always go that extra mile to help with events, stallls, bag drops for funding, raffle tickets and prizes, decorations and events set up and take down as well as uniform sales, storage and more storage...

(I will ask if I can list them all here!)

Hello All.
The sun is finally out! Fingers crossed it stays that way...
We are currently busy preparing for our inflatable event on this Friday 18th May.
We REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELP! We need volunteers to help at the event, AND donations of cakes and biscuits to sell at the café.
If you could help with either of these please contact us on svsjptfa@gmail.com or leave a message on our facebook page.
We will be very grateful for any donations and always welcome any helpers.
If you are able to donate cakes and biscuits please bring them in on the Friday morning.
We are hoping the sun continues to shine and hope to see lots of you at the event!
