What is the impact of an ever-changing environment?
As we are studying the book ‘Darwin’s Dragons’ this term, we made dragon eyes out of clay on our first day back.
In Science, we looked at adaptation and how animals adapt to their environments. After learning about Darwin’s finches, we experimented with different ‘beaks’ and different types of ‘food’ on the different Galapagos ‘islands’. We then discussed which types of food were most suitable for each bird and why.
